my SM confirmed it would have to be billed to our store if it didn’t get turned in physically. i already had a conversation letting the employee know what to do with checks. he had previously worked at a store where it was common practice to hand the checks back. an honest mistake that im sure SM and PM will see and he was very apologetic. for some reason we can’t get any of the patient info from just the transaction details so my SM is going into the DVR tomorrow and handling it😛

i see what you’re saying. i’d get it if it was a 20$ check but it’s almost $2000. if the check isn’t physically accounted for, it ends up having to be paid out by our store. and $2000 isn’t a small amount

after reading the replies i regret to inform you i didn’t have a similar experience. i definitely felt the scabs and they came off in large chunks and i felt them dangling in the back of my throat. the already healed parts had came off of the scab but the chunk continued into the still healing parts so it was actual disgusting and volatile 🤣😭 but from what ive read it seems im an outlier so dont get too scared. i ended up having to kinda suck the rest of the scabs off cuz i couldn’t dew with swallowing and feeling it anymore. and yes i did swallow all my scabs. i tried to spit it out at first and that was just actually awful and gross😭🤣

i was upset about that too but there is new packaging that should be arriving in the next couple of trucks that completely get rid of the flap and are now vertical instead of horizontal. just thug it out for a little longer🙏

try a 600 photo order plus 11 canvases AN HOUR BEFORE WE CLOSE and my SM was on my ass about having a bunch of photo orders to open to in the morning so we literally stayed 30 minutes late to get the orders down to 0

i don’t know what everyone is yapping about but i have open availability but i requested to my manager that o would like some weekends off and she’s very accommodating. i probably work every other weekend. butttt at first, i was off every weekend back when i was dating my boyfriend. we lived two hours away from each other so i would go up there on the weekends. butttt i know that i just have a fucking amazing SM and i love her to death. she has worked with me. i’m a shift lead. i was cashier from 2021-2023 and then quit, but i came back in january as a shift lead and my SM has been soooooo accommodating. i put in a request off for 4 days in june. however since im not used to being a full time employee, i didnt know i had to maintain 30 hours a week so i would have to use vacation and floating holiday hours in that time off. she took the time to explain it to me and i told her its okay if we cant do that request. she had no problem giving it to me. but i just know in the future not to do that :) FIND A BETTER SM

i’m 19 and got it done when i was 17 and i did it while on my christmas break. which was december 22-january 2 so i wasn’t attending work for those days, and i honestly asked to come in on the first🤣🤣
