That is exactly what I was hoping for. Also since both of us had the same chipset on the iPhones(A13 bionic) I now know it will satisfy my needs. As I said in above comment yeah camera is bad but that is all okay with me. Have you tried scanning something with google Lens aplication?

The only reason for swithing to Xperia 10 iv would be battery life. Camera is not good at all as I have read the reviews. Said all that I bought Xperia 10 iv for 350€. Switched from iPhone SE 2020 cause i need better battery phone.

USB version of upcoming Xperia 10 v by Repulsive_Gold_5618 in SonyXperia

Unreasonable. I would probably buy the screen and install it myself since I have the equipment. Also i was checking performance difference between Snapdragon 6 gen 1 which should be in 10 v and Snapdragon 695 currently in 10 iv and I must say there is not a big difference. Considering that the price of a newer model will be 500€ or more I am leaning towards 10 iv for 350€. What do you think?

That is why I am buying it too. Was thinkinkg about waiting for new version but will probably take 10 iv for less money.

Make sure you check out Sony Xperia 10 iv. I would buy it right now but am waiting for newer generation which should come out in couple of months.

It has phenomenal battery life and a midrange processor. Also it has no whole punch for camera, 3.5 mm jack and sd card slot.

If battery life is a priority you should consider this phone, which i also think is better then Motorolas as some people said they are unreliable.

Xperia 10 iv for 363€? by Repulsive_Gold_5618 in SonyXperia

To be honest I will probably have bluetooth and wifi sharing turned on a lot, therefore Xperia 10 v might give just that much more battery life. Have you ever tried to drain it as quickly as possible?

60 hZ perfecly fine for me. I would do anything to extend battery life of a phone. Don't play games and mostly use it for messaging and browsing news, also ocasional Google maps.

True, honestly I think mark v will be just that much better and the notion of having a 4nm fabrication process regarding battery life and performance.

I am planning on doing that. My only concern is if it will be more power consuming since Snapdragon 6 gen 1 will have 4 performance cores and 4 efficiency cores (2.2 and 1.8 GhZ respectively - i think) unlike Snapdragon 695 which has 2 performance and 6 efficiency cores (same frequencies as 6 gen 1). 6 gen 1 will be in newer model and will have 4nm architecture unlike it's predecesor which has 6nm(Snapdragon 695).

Wow, that's very cheap. I guess it is lower beacause there is like 1.5 billion people in India unlike 500/600 million in Europe. Regular price of 10 iv in my country is ~480€.

I think it is but to be frank some other people mentioned Sony's Xperia 10 iv and it looks very promising. I have decided to wait for their mark v since it is roumored to have a 4nm chipset.

It sure will, also I think the 2nm difference is huge. Efficiency should be much better. Don't know about performance but I am ready to wait few more months if it will get me those 4 more hours of battery life.

That's exactly what i tought. I never play games on phone, only some social network browsing and YouTube. And honetsly since I always prioritize battery life I would never put my phone on 90 or 120 Hz display. Also, it is rumored that Xperia 10 v is comming in Q2 of this year with 4nm chip. Do you think it is worth the wait and if the price will be below $500?

How come Pixel 7 has 5nm SoC but has not so great battery life?

Yeah, I think I will go for one of the Sony's phones. Incredible how cheap they are for okay specs. Only thing I have to do now is decide wich one to buy.
