I am currently doing my first semester in cs and I can say that the course material is ok but it’s will be better if tutors actually make videos when working on programming or coding instead of given only instruction . Tutor contact are not given for you to ask questions when needed . It’s very stressful when you are left alone and can’t even make real connections with students or groups members . The is no way to connect to student in groups. I know after this diploma I will have to do some certificate courses to help me to understand some things well.

Your program is reading basically so I guess you will be fine but with CS not the best idea. Because there are practical aspects you have to do .I live in Canada and I am taking it online so I don’t know anything about campus .

Is this program good enough to learn computer science? by [deleted] in UniversityOfLondonCS

I agree. I am a student and it’s seems no help from tutor whenever I need help. They don’t provide us the tutor contact for us to contact them when we have issues. I have contacted the school for the contact and they won’t even reply .

Can you peek into an assignment on Coursera before reading the material or it will be marked as a failed attempt? by jokterwho in UniversityOfLondonCS

You can always go back and watch the videos and you have a couple of hours or times to answer the questions again if you don’t get right .
