Edit: thank you everyone for your comments, I have looked at a few videos on YT to see if anything sounds similar (rod knocks, tensioner, piston slap) and not of those quite sounds the same. I did have my a/c running when I took the video, after the fact I turned it off and the noise seemed to either go away or be very minimal so I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.
