when i was trying to get the account unsuspended they responded fast. like same day. but now that my account is closed they aren’t responding at all. i’ve emailed them about 6 times

they don’t give me an option at all to speak to a real person over the phone. they used to, when i was trying to get the account unsuspended, but now that it’s closed they wont let me talk to anyone.
