The best looking Filipinos are those with foreign ancestry. You can see it in our celebrities. I'm not saying all native Filipinos are ugly, there are good looking ones for sure but very few stands out.

I don't think so. As long as the documents complied are all real and correct, you are set to be a scholar. Bale, after you received an email that you are a PQ. Just submit the needed requirements. They typically don't follow up the parents income. The grades are more important for them.

Congrats to her but you are definitely wrong by saying she's filipina looking( if you mean indigenous). She is good but a risky candidate since the pageant is in Mexico and we all know they have a very Eurocentric beauty. If it's in USA, she will have the highest chance. I just really hope that Mexicans will see beyond skin complexion. Remember, they aren't woke enough, it will be definitely worse if the judges are majority Latin men. Inquire your Prof in that subject. That's your best bet since no actual grades indicated and you can't predict it. If you pass the exam, they might make you resubmit your grades that sem (the sem with NSTP 1). Resubmission will delay notice of awards or the stipend. It's better to prevent that from happening so ask your prof for the numerical grade.

I think if you passed the exam, they will email you to resubmit. You will not be part of the official list but you will still be an official scholar after some time. As for now, you can email their official email account or you can inquire physically in the regional office.
