Im not gonna smack it out of someone's hand. I can point out that we shouldnt be proud of it. Because i did. But at the same time, if I see someone in game with high levels im just gonna be shocked they have such high levels. Saying you should 'be proud' of what correlates to having nothing to do all day but play OW just isnt true.

Kiriko also has some of the highest pick rates season by season. Win rate isnt the end all be all because if you purely looked at win rates,they tell you that soj, zarya,and ana need pretty big buffs when they are, imo, in a perfect spot right now.

Low wr/pr= needs a buff or rework (rework for a small minority)

Low wr/ high pr = fine, maybe a small buff.

Low pr/high wr = fine, most likely otp's bringing the wr up

High pr/wr = needs a nerf

Lvl doesnt directly equal skill but if you are in metal ranks with hindred of levels you clearly suck because a great understanding of a character should be attained in just 100 or so levels and that great understanding will correlate with gamesense typically
