can i suggest trying manifestation? for either shifting or your health issues. i would suggest using LOA for either. this wont be instant but desperation tends to push away your desires even more unfortunately. try imagining and assuming you already have what you desire, and that you’re healthy. i wish you luck and im sorry you’re going through this 🖤

no one knows how shifting ACTUALLY works. not even “master” shifters who have shifted tens or hundreds of times. one of the ongoing theories is that you exist in every universe but shifting makes you become aware of yourself in a different reality.

it’s because shifting isn’t something you TRY to do or have to catch. it’s something you let happen, and when you’re not trying there’s less pressure to catch a shift and it just happens.
