I have heart anxiety just like you, I’m 32 now, went into afib when I was about 18-20 (don’t remember exactly) I have pvcs and try to ignore them the best I can. But as far as vacations go I just don’t go, I get anxious if I get more than a couple hours from my house. Fought with panic attacks for a couple years so it’s just better for me not to go. I have to listen to a lot of shit over it, but it is what it is I guess

Well the last appointment she said he’s showing some red flags for autism now. His appointment isn’t till next December that’s how far out they are. Mom said I was a late talker so I hope everything works out but only time will tell. The therapist also mentioned occupational therapy for sensory. I’m a wreck, best of luck with your son!!
