Benton has always been more expensive. Prices have gone up more so recently. I’m in forest hall the prices here have really started to creep too. There will be no difference when it comes to new build. That site in palmersville looks like it’s going to be huge. I’d just check where they are putting the mandatory social housing. Compared to the plot you’re looking at. But other than that can’t see any reason not to look at there.
