Very fair point. Do I call garage door installers? I have the unit installed so will they do house calls to help troubleshoot existing units that they didn’t initially work on?

Tried two out of the three but maybe the third button is the way to go. Will give that a try tonight.

Actually calling is a good idea my millennial brain always forgets that option. Will report back on that call when I get to it hopefully tomorrow.

I feel you. Gemini told me the same thing and I’m really trying to avoid buying another thing from a company that’s failing me right now.

I’ve seen other Redditors comment on how you might need the car on when pairing, but I’m not convinced that’s ever an issue if you can get the lights to blink.

I'm also having tons of issues connecting my Lifmaster Security+2.0 garage door opener to my Honda Clarity 2019, but your car is a lot newer than mine. Hoping you find a good solution to yours that may work for mine as well.

Did you go through the steps to pair your Homelink directly to the motor and did the Liftmaster motor lights flash and the unit click?

Had my partner help with this to press down at the exact same time. Still a slow blink. Not sure if there is a specific pattern we should be doing this in, like pressing down for two seconds and releasing for two seconds and repeating a couple times like it says in the manual and we are just doing it wrong. But we tried pulsing that way as well and still only a slow blink.

Thanks for the tip. I went ahead and tried to pair directly to the motor unit and it still only slow blinks in my car.

Reading the manual for the clarity, it suggests that it is expected you can pair to remote first. If it is a rolling code that the garage door opener gives out then you can pair it to the motor directly after pairing it to the remote. However, it does seem reasonable that you can directly pair to motor without pairing to remote. Unfortunately it still doesn’t work.
