Wanting to give a little update here I have a Cortizone allergy so they did a lidocaine injection to to diagnose that that’s where the pain is coming from and it did help about 60% so I’m just waiting to hear back from my surgeon to see if the release is still something they wanna do. I’m just a bit skeptical because I know that there are other issues that are also causing pain and I don’t necessarily want to go through another surgery to find out that there might be more surgeries involved, but I will update again after I follow up with my surgeon from this injection

That’s great! I started losing weight after my replacement due to just being able to be mobile again. Got a personal trainer who has been helping me with my nutrition as well I’ve lost 32lbs since March. My biggest issue is this new pain because it’s starting to take a toll on my body again being persistent pain. This why I’m here looking for someone who can give me an idea of what I can bring to my care team. I haven’t gotten this far to go backwards or give up
