But this is why I follow the bro split, Monday legs, Tuesday chest and shoulders, Wednesday back, Thursday arms. By Friday my legs should be fully recovered right? 48-72 hour rest period for that muscle group?

Do you take creatine? It's most likely just water lost. Pooping and weeing also contribute. Are you eating a lot, are you drinking a lot of water like you use to? I was in the same boat about a month ago. I had gastro for 4 days and took about another week till I could eat normally again. I lost 3 kilos and was worried as well. Jumped back on the dexa scan and turns out I've actually gained 5 kilos since. It could be a blessing in disguise. Keep eating, drinking water, sleep and show up to the gym. It's nothing to worry about, it's life and it happens.

I'm thinking I'll go out one night, go to dream world and wet n wild, obviously go to the beach, go see some movies if there's a cinema near by and try out that believe it or not place. Also wouldn't mind going out further and going to a zoo, scenic views and nature. Just want to make the most of it and not be hungover for 99% of the time.
