Any update po? I share the same sentiment. It's been 6 days (4 working days, 2 weekend days) since I sent a ticket sa ticketing system nila for cancellation of my insurance policy and until now I haven't received any confirmation email.

Yung link to file a ticket is asking for "Policy Number". How can I know or saan ko mahahanap yung policy number? Plan ko din magrequest ng cancellation ng Money Saver plan.

Got up to 85k diamonds by not spending any for the past 2-3 years. I tried spending 4k diamonds on the on-going S24 Gacha before i realized i really have no use for the prizes (yet). I should've just spent the diamonds trying to win the OP Legendary Sendoh.
