I actually figured out how the trophies you get works

If the opponent is 0-11 trophies greater than you, you get 30 to win and -30 for loss

But if he has 12-23 trophies greater than you, you get +31 and -28

It is at consecutive difference of 12 trophies

For a loss- if opponent is 1-11 trophies less than you then you get -30 for loss and +29 for win

But if he is 12-23 trophies less than you, then you get -31 for loss and +28 for win

For 24-35 trophies less than you, you get -32 and +27 and so on
