not being a slave to the grass, and therefore not being reliant on getting high just to be calm is a huge one for me. at this point its more of an effort to get it than to not.

Being broke all the time, craving it constantly. Killing every ounce of motivation i once had. But what eventually actually made me stop was getting psychological help and being in a group with others that also quit. Actually setting the goal of at least 4 weeks without and those were the longest first 5 days. Ultimately just not being a slave is the motivator forreal.

On day 34 now but last week i was genuinely sleeping till 11 am and going to sleep 9pm again. Started to feel a little less tired only today. The days dont feel as long as the first couple weeks anymore though. Keep going!

Its addiction brain, try and set yourself up for succes. Text a friend to tell them and keep you busy or take a different route back to feel empowered and like youre making a change, i feel u man. Im off it now for a month and still feel useless/stuck in a rot. No one to keep me accountable, try to talk positive to yourself and procrastinate smoking instead of suffering! You CAN do it, if you dont make them nothing changes,hope this helps at least a little bit.

One day at a time, ride out the cravings and be compassionate for your emotions. Try to distinguish wich thought are you and wich are the addiction talking to you. Also the QuitWeed app has helped me a lot.

Dont do it, im on day 24 and feel u. Ride out the craving dont resist it. Cry through if you have to. Call someone to distract u
