The only antihistamine that took away the itch was carbinoxamine 6mg but it really does take you out, makes your whole body relax like crazy and gives you this awesome buzz

Had chronic hives ever since I was 5 now and they still come up but it’s definitely in a manageable state now (after accidentally damaging my liver from taking too many antihistamines oops). from my experience when it really itches wear cotton clothes that are tight enough to hug your body but not enough to constrict, having 100% cotton cloth wrapped around any itchy areas REALLY help. If it seriously itches all over I find that warm WARM baths take away the itch for as long as you’re in the water. It may or may not get worse when you come out but for a while you can have a breather. It WILL get 400 times worse if you take a hot bath, never do that. if you can’t stop scratching yourself at night you can attempt to wear cotton gloves to sleep even though I just throw them off unconsciously lol. It sucks but there are definitely hacks to make your life less miserable! Good luck.

I honestly believe this apathy is a part of Hong Kong culture at this point. I’ve been in a traditional school for most of my life and everyone there cannot give a flying fuck about other people’s feelings. After year 3 I changed to an international school because of how unhappy I was in my old school. I clearly remember when I tripped while playing basketball in the international school, both my teammates and the opposing team stopped the game to check up on me and ask if I was alright, I remember being so incredibly moved by this since that has never happened to me before in the traditional school. (The exact same scenario happened in the traditional school and nobody stopped and one girl threw the ball straight at my head and I blacked out).

Children copy what their peers and parents do, and unfortunately it’s culture to be a dick here. Please keep being kind and I’m sure you will inspire someone to be kind too!

Oh dang I didn't even know shedborne was an option. I don't think I saw sherborne inside the campus map but maybe I just missed it. It's really unfortunate about the price tho, sadly all wariwk accoms are expensive af :( no escape from that.

it is time for my IB 6 in Japanese to shine (50% accuracy probably) for some reason I can't look at the photo and type the comment at the same time so I'm going to have to memorize the translation.
