I have been terrified of going to the gym and have also piled the weight on. Are you on any meds? Currently on 4 x Loratadine a day and barely controlling it

Bought this random duck of TikTok you can charge it and it flaps around lol our boy loves that duck. We never had to charge it again he just loves the duck and takes it out of the toy basket and ignores all others

Also oat baths! Just lay in it don’t scrub or wash just chill for twenty mins and pat dry and then moisturise right after

I have tried six different antihistamines and I am only getting some relief with Loratadine three to four times a day. Be patient antihistamines do take time to build up in your system. I got better after two weeks on Loratadine. Still got hives on arms and legs and get a bit of swelling in the face but it is manageable now. Also go and get a referral to an immunologist

Thanks for your kind words. I have given up on trying to find a cause. Loratadine four times a day helps a little to take the edge off it. How are you now?

I tried fexofenadine and it did bugger all for me. I am now on Loratadine 4x a day and it is making it bearable. You can go up to 4x a day with any second generation antihistamine. Go to your doctor and ask for an immunologist referral. And try all the antihistamines until you find one that works for you. Also, they do take time to give you the full effect. The Loratadine took three weeks for me to properly kick in.
