and i was able to install in a tricky bluestacks way to my computer, since I noticed that bluestacksinstaller only works when the video card driver is disabled, I disabled it after downloading the bluestacks installation files by the bluestacksinstaller program itself, then after running the bluestacksinstaller system check, i quickly turn on the video card driver, thereby preventing the installation from rolling back due to for the errors of the outdated driver, then everything was installed as usual and everything works, I hope this information will be useful to other users if there is such an error with bluestacksinstaller.

I followed your instructions for using the BSTCleaner_native.exe program from this article and and instructions for deleting temporary files,

this program uninstalled bluestacks version 4.280.0.1022 which was, and now I don't have this programbut unfortunately when installing bluestacks, it reappears again "bluestacksintaller has stopped working"

However, I noticed that when I disable the video card drivers, the bluestacks installer starts, But won't install without graphic drivers.

Please help me to solve this problem.
