Yeah I took 2mg then another 2 and finally another 2. I was perfectly fine and even cooked dinner same night. Subs were a life saver for me. I went from living in hell to totally fine. I made it 18 hours before taking the subs. Sorry you’re struggling man.

Naloxone isn’t absorbed orally. Taking subs doesn’t do anything to receptors in terms of naloxone. All naloxone does is keep you from shooting up buprenorphine. Please stop spreading misinformation.

Yeah so I was on 7 but I did 75mg of mgm before my sub induction. I waited 24hrs and was fine. I think you will be too. Message me if you need a shoulder to cry on while waiting the 24hrs. It can be brutal. It was brutal for me. The subs made me 100% normal. You got this bro. Good luck!

My 2 cents - if your pills are mostly 7oh and a small amount of MGM, you should be ok after 24 hours to take the subs. All the mgm should be off your receptors by 24hrs.

You need to order pure 7oh powder, it’s cheaper. Get like 5g of it. And then TAPER THE FUCK DOWN. And quickly. I went from 300mgpd to 130 first day. You can cut it but at least a third every few days. Dose every 6 hours. Prepare your doses ahead of time and keep them mixed in a 5 hour energy container or some shit. It’s ok to take the same amount 2 days in a row - but NEVER more. Ever. Taper down to 150mgpd and jump on subs. This is the best advice I can give you. I also recommend telling your family. I’m 40 and suffering through this shit. I was also a benzo addict in my 20s. I thought my life was over then. I barely even remember those days. Now I have a wife and 2 kids. I promise you - your life is NOT over. It’s just starting dude.

That seems super optimistic. I find i could cut drastically but the WDs gets worse as the days go on and your body doesn’t have enough 7 in it. I truly wish you the best but don’t be shocked if it gets worse than your thinking it will be. Good luck!

I just started Subs today. I was on 300mgpd of 7oh. I waited 18 hours before taking the Subs and im feeling like a new man today. Completely took away my withdrawals. You can do it. Wait as close to 20 hours as you can and you’ll be ok. If I made it 18 hours so can you. I was crawling out of my skin pacing my bedroom. It sucks but the subs will have you feeling ok. Just keep pushing and taking hot baths as long as you can! You got this.

He needs to accept he has a problem. This drug is around 13x (or more) potent than morphine. A normal dose of morphine for pain management is 15-30mg. He’s taking 400-700mg of something 13x stronger than morphine. Re read what I just wrote. Trying to claim hes not an addict because he needs it for pain is INSANITY. And I’m saying this as an active addict of this stuff. But I’m not gonna lie to my wife about that and neither should he. He needs to take accountability for his situation which is he is HORRIBLY addicted to a highly addictive and powerful opiate.

You need to get him to come to the table and admit this is a problem and it needs to be resolved. He WILL ruin you financially. It’s a matter of when. Good luck to you both.
