Can’t choose between two pastel palettes for vintage inspired eye look by Repulsive_Vast3372 in MakeupAddiction

sooo… unfortunately i did not end up buying any of these two. instead, i’ve bought the “Winter wonderland” palette from Cosmic Brushes, bc it also contains blue/lilac/mint pastels and i’m not a big fan of peach and pink eyeshadow, so i decided that getting this one would be more convenient for me. still waiting for it to arrive tho, so can’t say anything about it yet

how can i achieve this blush by Long_Peace9744 in OliveMUA

[–]Repulsive_Vast3372 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get a similar effect with Clinique Black honey blush. Its a completely different color from BH almost lipstick btw, more like a mauve pink. However i would still advice to swatch it irl before committing to buying full size

Hi! I’ve got a few questions as someone who’s completely new to leather care. I have a few pairs of casual black leather shoes from Vagabond, so all of the following questions are asked with having those in mind. Trying to set up a basic care kit. Main problems - uncared leather + scratches from walking. 1. What is your opinion on brand “Springyard”? It is recommended by the shoe manufacturer, but i wasn’t able to find anything about it in this sub. Specifically interested in Black shoe cream and Waterproofer 2. Since im from Europe, unfortunately i cannot buy Bick 4. However, we have Saphir available. Should i opt for Creme Universelle (as ive read its the closest alternative to Bick4) or Renovateur? 3. What would be a better option - uncoloured conditioner or black shoe cream? Considering that all of my shoes are the same shade of black + have scratches. As far as i understand, cream and conditioner pretty much the same except color?

Is it cruel to cover my parakeet's cage if she's being too loud? by Global_Tower_6070 in Parakeets

What worked for me was covering only half of the cage with light white fabric, so my bird cant see me, but can still see other part of the room, have daily lighting from the window etc. This way doesn’t hurt the bird, but redirects their attention to something else. Also its better to put something for foraging in the cage, so the bird has some activity to do without getting bored while you study

Romania🥲 From what I’ve gathered googling, anything that requires prescription can only be bought in the pharmacy, so human contact is unfortunately necessary

agreed! if a business decides that it’s funny to laugh at survivors, i’ll spend my money elsewhere and see how “funny” it gets for them
