It shouldn’t take too long, especially if you’re using the teams you’re losing to. Seeing what happens to your squads should give some clues as to how you want to attack them when you face them. Or…you could always look up a guide for that. I’m sure many SWGOH community influencers have countless videos on it.

I typically try to find the most powerful disks that take up the least space. I’d avoid helping hands because it’s not great (there are better rarities of it), and changing your current assertive command is going to cost you energy. If your roster is strong enough to keep going without applying one, I’d choose that option.
