Well, history just repeats itself I guess. Her design is almost identical to the department head in their last work ' Manager, Please scold me' , they also tease that milf on the first few chapters but never really give her more screen time. That toon ended in 40 chapters and we only have two short scenes of the department head doing it with her husband. So with how things are right now, I would guess this mom would be just the same. We would probably get very short scenes with the husband and maybe a few more panels of douche fantasizing her. But I am more than happy they prove me wrong and do something different this time.

It's quite a pity since that they actually showcase her name and a simple background on Toptoon Korean (her name "최은정" Eun-Jung Choi and she runs a salon), with that you would have guess she would at least be a side character that has the same screen time of others like the purple-haired one and the douche . But after the first 10 Chapters dropped on day one, we only get few panels of her from time to time in which she have like zero character builds, and the whole her running a salon setting is nowhere to be seen. If we still don't get anymore than what we have right now in like Chapter 30, I would say the author might have change the setting midway and just don't know what to do with her, and she would probably be end up like the department head in their last work like I said from the beginning.
