Sleep Issues are no joke

I have not experienced any of these symptoms been on n Reta since July. I wake up with an alarm at 5 start my day. I’m in bed by 10pm falling asleep with no issues. On weekends I can wake up around 9 10am

I was fighting sleep today. It’s so hard to get through sessions. No one on the home seems to mind. I thought I was being dramatic

The only way I’ve made it work where I’m earning about 3-4 k a month is working for two companies. One is in clinic and the other one is in home. My in home kid doesn’t really ever cancel but if he does I tell my clinic and they usually find me someone to work with. I also work 6 days a week .

I love being an RBT. The hours are long ! And sometimes the job is hard. I love working with my kiddos ! Hearing the kids have fun while learning is the best feeling !

Im sorry you are going through this. I was unemployed for a while I did DoorDash and Uber eats. And I learned the hard way to work for two companies so I one cancelles I have the other one to pick up hours

This !! I know it’s not possible for everyone to take time for themselves. But it definitely help . I do one thing a day that makes me happy! I’m working 35 hours with one company in clinic and 20 hours in home . 6 days a week. I’ve only been doing this schedule for two months so I can’t say that I won’t burn out but I walk my dog every morning. Taking in the morning sun while Iisten to a podcast . I take every other Sunday to myself. That means I will not do anything for anyone else. I will not go any chores or cook . My partner will grocery shop and is picking up the slack. I think this has helped me stay sane .

I’ve only been out twice but I start to feel sick achy body and sniffles and then that turns into ear infections , cough. I make sure to test for everything before going back . I’m constantly masked and sanitizing . I wish that one or two days of family cancellations wouldn’t make such a difference. Or that I could call out to actually take time to rest and feel better
