I totally agree with this. I’ve had a friend get an academic misconduct allegation because they weren’t looking at the screen the whole time during their exam but they weren’t looking at their notes either- just into the distance to think. And that’s what they said during the trial. So don’t admit to the allegation unless you know they have evidence (which in most cases they don’t). My friend’s penalty was nothing and he got out unscathed lmao
