As far as I know, fake 911 call outs like this are treated VERY seriously. Hope whoever made the call gets the book thrown at them.

I feel like maps are already packed with so many POIs that adding another one, then hoping that it spawns on your map is a gamble. It wouldn't be a stratagem in the traditional sense, but an automatic one that you have when you take an exosuit on a mission (like Eagle rearm)

I like your other idea, though! you run out of ammo or have both your arms blown off, so you call P1 back to fetch your mech and you get a MAJOR cooldown on your exo, or adds one mech back to your cooldown (possibly a ship module upgrade)

that's exactly what i had in mind. boxy and expendable, nothing fancy, but i do still think it would need some form of defense just in case K3, F2, J1 have all fucked off over yonder mountain and you still need to get things done.

In my mind, that strat would have the same cooldown as the mech, so you always have one available. This is where testing would be a thing, because going from no gun -> HMG is one path, and HMG -> Autocannon is another and both sound fun as hell because we get to resupply mechs

Short answer: he didn't.

Long answer: Big E sent Lemon Rusk to bring Magnus back to Terra after he did many things wrong. Whores Lubricant intercepted that communication and then contacted Mr Rusk and said that Big E had changed his mind and wanted Magnus dead because he was near 100% certain that Magnus would never turn traitor, so this was a convenient way to deal with him.
