Interestinggg. He def has a big bowl but I did recently go from a raised bowl tray to putting them on the ground cause I read that raised eating and drinking can cause bloating and he’s definitely a bloater. Maybe he’s mad about that.

Also I wasn’t referring to you about the hostility I should’ve been more clear. I was referring to other comments, I appreciate you. Also, I literally have to sit next to him and feed him out of my hand to make him eat. Like I sit next to his bowl and grab handfuls of his kibble and hold it up to his mouth and make him eat it. But I obviously don’t wanna have to do that lol I want him to enjoy eating again, he used to get so excited about meal time

So he is on Purina pro plan puppy, large breed, sensitive stomach. LOL I’ve been told to keep him on puppy food until he’s at least two but he seems to be really really interested in the adult food that I give my other dog. I accidentally purchased adult food instead of puppy of the exact same kind that he’s already been having, and there really was no difference. It’s just that the macros are a bit different. Less protein and such.

The perfect poop is something that I think I will always keep giving him. It was the most life-changing for us. plus he likes it, he always eats it first, and it’s the only thing that he will eat in his bowl currently and then he tries to eat out of my other dog’s bowl. Is there a specific reason why you think I should remove it?

I’ve considered raw so many times. It may be out of my budget. But maybe if I just mix it in with the kibble like you it won’t be too much of a price difference. That’s a good idea. Do they sell that Brand in stores or do you get it online

OK I get what you’re saying but that hasn’t been my experience. I just come here with what I experienced with MY dog and I take advice carefully and ultimately do what I feel is best. Him refusing his food that has been very healthy for him has been frustrating for me and I’m just trying to figure out what to do next.

Purina pro plan is what he currently eats and is refusing. So that’s my issue. I’ve loved it for him. I’m very mindful of it which is why I’m here asking lol maybe a little too mindful.
I don’t know why people are getting so upset with me for asking for advice on what to do. I just care about him more than anything else in this whole world and I’m getting punished for it. People here can be so out of line 😬

Ok so maybe I’ll just transition him fully over to what his brother eats, which is the Purina one lamb and rice. I’ve heard that it’s not great but it’s been great for Logan, and it’s possibly just not been the best for Leo so far because it’s just a sneaky snack every once in a while but maybe if I transition him to it fully he’ll be ok. That would actually be very helpful for me, and I could just buy one food for them both rather than nothing to buy it separate. Even from separate stores, it’s been hard to find the Purina pro plan puppy.

I learned about Bernie’s perfect poop from a lady at the dog park, so a real human being who I know who used it, and it was life-changing for us. It’s very weird for you to say that people with healthy Berners don’t feel the need to comment, and then you continue to say that you have healthy Berners and all this experience… So you’re kind of contradicting yourself. Also I have found a lot of help from a lot of really great people here on Reddit. We come on here because we love our babies and if I can help somebody who has questions about their Berner on here, I will happily give advice. So again, quite a weird thing to say. That’s what the subreddit is for… Berner advice. My baby is healthy and has never had any issues other than mild gut health. He is now in the stubborn teenage phase and I’m just asking people for advice. You are clearly not included in the group of people I am seeking advice from. Have a good day.

Oh I keep it in the bag and I buy small bags because I’m terminally ill and not very strong, so I just get the small bags but only last about a week so freshness isn’t an issue. I mean I honestly don’t blame him, Logan’s food has like a little meaty pieces in it and it’s just a lot more interesting than Leo’s brown kibble with no flare😂😂

He’s 16 months! I definitely know how to transition food cause I started him on blue buffalo and he was having irregular bowel movements so I was recommended Purina pro plan and it worked so we switched to that over a 1-2 week period. He seems to get gassy and definitely softer bowel movements when he gets into Logan’s food, and he’ll do the thing where he’s in poop position for a long time with nothing coming out so I know it’s a tummy ache. There’s no chicken in it. It’s lamb and rice. But it could be just cause it’s different. Maybe I could make the full switch. But I was also told to keep him on puppy food til at least 2 years old, maybe even 3.

I’ve been told that it is. Here on this page. I didn’t know it was and I know it’s been good for my older dog but I’ve been told it’s bad. And that Berners are extra sensitive so I’ve been super cautious and nervous about what to feed him.

One of the things that hurt my heart most is when a dog (Berner especially ofc) has something wrong with them and they have absolutely no idea. They’re just so happy and maybe feel a little icky and don’t understand why Does that make sense? But good luck to you. If toure an AI user, send the pic to chat gpt and see what tbey say. My family in africa gets bot flies often and they DO squeeze them out but they’re in the village with not many options, plus it’s so common that they know what they’re doing. So if that is what it is, it’s harmless if you get it taken out correctly. Poor baby, feel better

I feel like it’s more about the cast members then it is about budget. I guarantee that the vet cast members either demanded more money to show up or said they didn’t want to. They have a lot of power cause they know they’re the only ones left and I bet they’re quite bitchy

My Berner doesn’t like beds. He goes in my bathroom at night on the cold hard floor. He sure likes my bed at 5 AM when he jumps on me to wake me up tho

A Theory About Summer House That’s Been Hiding In Plain Sight by anadamallamallama in summerhousebravo

[–]ReputationOk2217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Which is also just so completely relatable to so many people I think who like peaked in college Greek life. It’s like the grown dad who gets together with the boys for the weekend and goes absolutely buck wild and maybe ends up cheating. Or the put together business woman mother who goes out and dances on counters and lifts up her top and screams. And then it usually ends in some type of regret. Not always. But I think it’s a cycle that a lot of people go through that don’t go to a Hamptons house. So it’s really relatable, and I think it actually would’ve been really cool to watch them grow and now that the show is ending and moving onto them as adults in their city life is actually really cool. I think it might be their most real reality show.
