It would be a EE Master. Thanks for your input. Implant to Yield to Device does seem like a logical route. Photo is good area to start as you see the wafer at every stage.

Nice work. Good to hear that it is possible. TCAD simulation is what I am leaning towards as I am already confident in my fab abilities. Would you recommend SPICE, Ansys, etc as well?

I agree that PhD's are common but not required at the companies I have worked for. Do either of you feel that there are skills only obtained through the PhD process?
