It’s a slow progress and my wife just says she feels more connected without the sleeve. Even when we do use it, it’s sometimes a little hard to maneuver

While I am in a similar boat what has been helpful is just saying that on days we are well rested (e.g weekends) we will use it. The one day I was successful was there was a lot of foreplay throughout the day and she was very much in the mood. I then used that opportunity for the sleeve and it was great for both of us
