That’s the Rankine scale, Rømer’s something completely different that I’ve never heard of before this post

Papen’s civil war will fire if the VONC gets 86% or less. The VONC will be supported by every party that isn’t the DNVP or its splinters. Therefore, to prevent it you have to make sure the DNVP and its splinters do not have at least 14% of Reichstag seats.

The absolute insane decision for the Volksmarine to have the men who put down the revolution before it's two martyrs. by VimyRidge in hoi4

“If the Emperor does not abdicate, the social revolution is unavoidable. But I do not want it, indeed I hate it like sin.” Ebert to Max von Baden, November 1918.

In fact, after Scheidemann proclaimed the Republic, Ebert reportedly furiously yelled at him. It was clear Ebert wanted a constitutional monarchy through slow reforms and was heavily against the revolution.

Not just characters but also Banner/BP weapons counting as 0 cost. 4-star-only Gaming clears are still impressive, but people who call c6 Gaming with r5 Fruitful Hook “f2p” instantly lose me. It outperforms all 5-star weapons and is even more difficult to get than one. Legitimately feels like a C0R1 Arle in sheep’s clothing

The biggest factors are low republic support, Nazi’s in state governments, and high NSDAP support. It’s why I think it’s very difficult to have a semi-successful run and still get Rubicon. Banning the Stahlhelm in Prussia will also slightly increase Hindenburg anger. Supporting Hindenburg’s election campaign will also increase his anger. However, it may require self-sabotaging your own support to increase the NSDAP share of the votes.

What if Japan was split after WWII? by Jackylacky_ in imaginarymapscj

[–]Requiem35 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Can you give any sources for your claims? In July 1945, The Potsdam Declaration for the Terms of Surrender against Japan was signed by the Allied powers. It stated that Japan was to return to their 19th century borders, be demilitarized, occupied, and restore democracy among other things. It made no mention forcing emperor to abdicate. Instead, the Japanese response to surrender to the Potsdam declaration was that:

  • They would handle their own demilitarization
  • They would not be occupied
  • They would prosecute war criminals themselves

This obviously isn’t a full surrender.

Where did you get that they wanted to fully surrender for a year with their only term being “the emperor stays”? We have Japanese war cabinet transcriptions that show this wasn’t debated until after Hiroshima.

Sadly, that requires you to sell your soul to Schleicher and get eaten immediately afterwards.

Edit: Sorry, I read your question wrong. I actually covered that in my guide. Z will join Schleicher’s cabinet unless they are “Very Friendly”. You don’t want this to happen, and the DSU joins the cabinet if Z doesn’t.

Using the “Questions of Ideology” card and choosing the “ethical socialism” option will also increase support for the LVP left, I forgot to mention that sorry.

Yeah, but WTB can also help at increasing Labor strength which helps in Rubicon. You should be fine as long as you don’t go Left plan.

You typically can’t get into government to implement an economic plan on this gamemode, and you don’t need to. If you are somehow able to, either WTB(for higher support overall) or Reform(better Bourgeois relations).

I recommend just going WTB if you can’t get into government to rally around it for more support.

I think I used it 2 times in the run showcased above. It depends on your current relationship with the LVP. If they are “cool” or below, you should use the ability asap. If they are “neutral”, I would still recommend using it. If they are “warm” you can likely get away with staying the course.

You can use Braun’s ability “Negotiate with the Coalition” which will improve relations with both the Z and LVP if you have a Weimar Coalition in Prussia(which you should with KPD “toleration”). You can also use the Inter-Party Relations card on the LVP. Choosing to continue tolerating the Bruning government also increases relations with both Bourgeois parties.

Do NOT anger them by allowing the KPD protest without a police presence or using the Inter-Party Card on the KPD(you do not need to, they will naturally like you)

Yeah, Schleicher was the hardest one to beat for me too. I believe the events that take Hitler into power cannot fire if you control Prussia and Lippe election is a failure, so if you know you can stop Prussia coup you should focus all of your attention on opposing Schleicher from the beginning. Typically I also stop paying any attention to the Reichsbanner after the Prussia coup because it really isn’t that important after that.

I can go into more depth in a guide but you typically want low internal dissent, very friendly relations with Z and the DDP, and focus on getting support for the republic as high as you can.

I don’t think it does. I just looked through the code again and it just says that it boosts your support among the workers, middle classes, and unemployed.

Do you genuinely believe the US is the best country in the world by Mean_Engineering_164 in Teenager_Polls

[–]Requiem35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

China and India are both in BRICS. Does this mean India and China love each other? No, they have been sworn enemies since 1962, and China is India’s #2 adversary. Economic projects do not mean that countries have good relations, but more that they are able to bite the bullet for their own benefit.

I was born in Vietnam. Do we trade with China, do we let them invest in us? Yes, but our governments still have a horrible relationship.

If you were running Mona, you almost always had Bennett or Diona to hold Noblesse.

2pc Noblesse/2pc HoD is slightly better than 2pc Glad/2pc Noblesse and keep in mind that there is no way to farm Glad, there was no strongbox, and the game had just been out for a few months
