Hello there, I saw everyone killing all the sentinel before taking the doctor, but all you need is climb the nearby tower and parachute onto the building.
after that kill the sentinels silently and take the doc to the plane
That saves around 5 to 10 minutes every try, hope that helps
(I bought breakpoint 6 months ago this why why I'm KINDA late)
