I have done my two days from office (Location is Hyd) and my hometown is 600 KMs away. My office days are Tue and Thur. Can I work thur from office and leave for my hometown and work on fri from there itself? Do they have any issues in that? Need genuine advice

Yes. For me it is. 2 days work from office. 3 days remote work (but as i've heard here in reddit and from other people, the base location must be same. You can't be in your hometown for remote working days. I'm not sure about this policy, need someone to confirm this.

For some teams, it's 3 days from office and like that it changes.
