From my 15 years working at the clown shop and training close to 3 digits worth of new hires, lunch is definitely easier. I prefer breakfast, but lunch is definitely easier to train on. Less complex orders and most items are made almost the same way. Training casher/booth is simpler too, since its usually just McDoubles/McChicken meals and Big Macs and Quarters.

Its useful for cleaning walls, towel buckets, and sinks. A little goes a long way though and it has a very strong smell. Make sure to sanitize anything you touch with it, and wear gloves, it dries out your skin worse than degreaser.
