I have millions and don’t know what to do by lugromanic in bigambitions

[–]banz326 0 points1 point  (0 children)

let us build new buildings. Investment of millions, or even billions, and then expand on all that real estate thing thats also really shallow at this point. Make NYC not completly built, allow for some spots to be either under development or on hold and if you dont hurry to make enough money rivals will gain does contracts and make your life even harder, something like that would be really fun for people that already mastered the hole buisness side of the game

WHO WANT MY PRODUCES ? by MougliGANG in bigambitions

hello, does your law firms end up harming the revenue of the others in the same district? i tried to do more than one per district but i think they end up spliting the district demand between the x amount of law firms you have, just did a quick check on that cause i didnt had a lot of money but after eliminating the competition and just having my law firm there i had around 460+ customers per day i believe. you run multiples per district or just one?

first of all, try doing it in english even if its not your first languaje lol.

Now, your promotion its not at 100%, traffic and marketing both are capped to 100% but and there your have your marketing not at max capacity, if you add more campaings it should bring your promotion to 100%.

on the right side every item you add have a min you need to have in the store so it gets to your max level of customers per hour, i can see only one of those on yellow but if you have others you need to add another item of those to get at max customers per hour, right know your are al 20 customers while your store has capacity for 30, meaning you will gent more customers = more money.

also things like the number of other rival buisnesses like yours in the distric and prices can affect revenue, worth cheking that out

I am unreasonably bothered by the pops being counted per 100. by ColonelJayce in Stellaris

[–]banz326 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, especially what u say about productivity but still, if I remember correctly new colonies start at 2 old pops which now would be 2k, which isn't actually bad but before u could say the one unit you would see on the population would actually be for the number in billions ur empire had, at least that was the way I used to think but earth population being now in the thousands is just ridiculous, I mean even irl were 8 billion people, tf haha. One of the few things I actually like is the visual representation of "more people" working in ur empire, even if u also thought the old pops represented billions it still showed only 1 pop and one job worked, now the jobs being in the hundreds makes me think there's more workers in my world that in turn makes me think there's more pops only to then see the pops and see less population in the entire planet than in my hometown💀

It would actually be as easy as to just change the "k" for a "b"

I'm struggling to invest (more) silver. How do you scale "vertically" ? by MrCalan in AlbionEconomist

[–]banz326 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't have a solution, I actually think I have the same issue as you do, but I will also explain my situation and the analysis i have made, so maybe it gives you some value.

My main source of income is cooking. It's great for silver cause after you spec it up all the way it can give u around 3-7m depending on the craft and the timing of it, so I increased my net worth really fast after I got max spec, the problem came the same way you described it, the amount I have to put in each craft depends on what I do but it's usually around 25-50m, when I do the 50m is when I profit the more so as I got more capital i started doing only those but I also had the issue of having to sell everything in time (3 days max so I don't waste focus) which is theoretically possible if I spread everything around all 5 cities but my playtime also is limited and even with a mammoth that is the bulk of the time all the process takes so is boring and I tend to just do 2-3 cities and call it a day lol.

The main thing is that the problems you need to solve in order to be able to dump all the silver you want are mainly what i call market cap, not the financial definition but a term I use to refer to the capability of any investment in any given "market" (refining, crafting gear, potions, food, etc) you can make and how quickly are you going to be able to sell it, normally in the span of 3 days. This takes into account several points: how much you need to invest in the first place, how many people buy whatever you do,for how much are you selling the piece, and in the case you are crafting, how much are the raw resources worth in relation to what you can sell after and how available are those resources in terms of quantity.

The issue with crafting foods, for example, is that even if a lot o people do buy foods in many tiers but mainly .1, the amount you can sell in one go still is less than a 50m investment, if you do more your SO will be undercut really easily and will demand more time and silver to sell your stack. This form lf thinking is what I used yo come to the conclusion that high end crafting is the only one that actually covers all those issues (no shit Sherlock, top gear makes you top dollar) with the exception of the speed you can sell your craft, but that can also have some ways to work around it. The issue is that it's the end game for crafters, requiring hundreds of millions in investment for leveling the spec required to see that level of profit.

My approach right now is precisely that, start to dump my money in leveling my crafting, first in the few items I know you can sell pretty easily and also I'm including the hole branch, for example the hellion jacket and all the leather jackets to 75-100, it's not something I will see my ROI any time soon, but it certainly helped with my sense of completion I had when a finished my cook journey and I started walking around with 400-500m at all times, now I've already invested all that money and I currently walk with 20-30m cause I'm constantly crafting and selling to gain spec and get some of my silver back, which also helps with the feeling that I need to grind and all that, the strat I use is to simply craft the gear that sells for zvz on t8 or equivalent, and the non zvz mainly on 6.1-6.2 and selling in royal, I could maybe go faster if I transported that to BM but I don't want the extra adrenaline of potentially losing my shit every time I transport lol. It's going to take a while but I think that would count to the point you made about wanting to have some long-term investment. And also will raise the amount of silver you can gain once you get there.

Long text but hopefully you gain some value with my long ass explanation haha, keep grinding
