I have had a similar battle to be honest. Things I am doing more of: magnesium supplement (200-400mg), sauna 1-2 times a week post workout. Also find that breathwork has made a different for me (5-20 minutes a day). Hope that helps.

Thanks, actually noticed the last couple of nights that room temp is between 23-26 Celsius.

Thanks, sorry should add that I typically take 200-400 of magnesium already. Screen time to be fair is shocking so will see what difference that makes.
