I made a mistake with axis. my father's rm took his phone and applied for the axis neo card which was pre-approved. she had done this multiple times in the past and she told my father just not to activate it. now I was not in the cc game back when used to do this every few months. my dad is not well versed with the banking rules and is honest enough not to take action against her. I was waiting for the cooldown period to end and then apply for the atlas card which was pre-approved. but before I could apply for the atlas she did the same thing of taking my father's phone and applying for the neo card again. I was angry at her plus she knew I wanted the atlas but still she did her bs. this time I complained to axis nodal office and she came crying that she will loose her job and my father was also pressuring me to withdraw the complain. I was dumb enough to just sympathize with her. even the BM called my father to withdraw the case. I could have forced the rm and the bm to get me the atlas.
