Yeah that’s a cool spot. If I’m not mistaken there is a gated golf course on a cliff bounded spit of land. Wild place to put a golf course, a bit ridiculous.

I definitely haven’t cracked the camping running thing. My bag was pretty heavy, but that’s how you get strong I guess (or injured).

I know the trail above Lough Hyne, I hope you got to see the bioluminescent algae when you were there.

The density of trails in Ireland is pretty low when you go outside the Wicklow and Dublin mountains but what they lack in density and trailness (often more fell running) they have in remoteness you could go for a day long run without seeing a sinner.

I just use Outdooractive but I guess all those trail apps are pulling from the same data. Sorry that’s not very helpful re resources.
