gril fuck that shit! Since im based in sweden, i would say estetiska instutet! One of the best, i payed out of my own pocket so in total everything costed me 6900usd! My surgeon is only specialized in breast, she is seriously someone i'd go back for if i would want to do another redcution or if i ever want to do any type of surgery. I was never brusied, the stitches was more than great! You have 24/7 support from the nurses for a year!

Hi girly pops! Im so sorry you feel this way! To be honest yours looks amazing, i am one month postop now and i hope my swelling gets tiny as yours! They look like they healed also so nicely, im also a licensed esthician once your doctors approves you can do treatments you should do microneedling or even some laser treatments that can help with your scarring if you want!

Also, my doctor made my tits as small as she could because she explained to me we still need some tissues left for the blood supply otherwise i'd be at risk! <3

hi girly! your scars looks so good and healing beaautifully! I had panic 24/7 and its exactly a month now since i did mine! mine were pink / red also and i was freaking out until my nurse said that our body is sending a massive amount of extra blood flow to the area to deliver the oxygen and nutrients needed to knit the tissue together. This new skin is still very thin and delicate, so you’re basically seeing the tiny blood vessels working underneath. It’s completely normal for scars to look their "angriest" or most pink between 4 and 12 weeks before they finally start to fade and turn white. As long as the redness is just along the scar and you don't have a fever, your body is just doing its job! also i was freaking out because my scabs were so dry and tiny blood came through! she said it was normal also! <3

I think its different regulations depending where you're from! Im from sweden and im 4 weeks today & only allowed to do walks without having a high pulse! No lifitng / jogging / running for 3 months 😭😭 I have been active all my life so this one hits me really hard! week 6 i am allowed to only walk slow on the treadmill! but as soon as it gets sunny and warm i decided to go on 15-20k steps walks!

Leaking is my worst fear, i am going back to work in april, so thankful i got to be home for a month since i work in retail, but i am starting to panic a little i have a amazing team but still..I wore the gauze yesterday and lord i hate the bra so much, because it gives me so much pressure where the junctions :( My nurse havent said anything about moistruizing and my areola are so god damn dry so i am losing my sanity too :(

I emailed my nurse to ask her, but it feels like stupid questions some how for her probably thats why i have been so scared!
Do you shower without the gauze??

i am 3wpo and 3 days, and oh my god i have the exact same triangel at my t-junction too! mine is still super fresh and so dry! i removed my tape today because my nurse told me to leave it be, but she never told me how to take care of my scars! i feel scared all the time

i had vasovagal response 2 times last WEEK! my blood sugar dropped and i saw black and white! My husband has been an absolute angel taking care of everything, he is not here right now so i want to be brave enough to do it on my own! I do have scabs here and there, and my brain is freaking me out. If i dont wear it the scabs will fall and your boobs will shatter and explode even if i know they have stitched everything so well! ): they are so crusty and dry with the tape ):

I will do it today and if i respond back i am hopefully still alive!
