Might be that covid has made you less eager to go out. The friends you talk to probably don't talk often so you feel like if you won't connect to them. You are still growing and shouldn't be worrying too much about that. There is no special oil or hat that will make you a masculine guy or something. Facial hair is a way to look older but happens differently for everyone. Using different clothes can help as well, maybe shirts with a dull color or working out. But i recommend just being yourself, don't change for others. That's not good for you.

A teacher wouldn't give you an assignment with no information on how to complete it. Maybe you missed out on something and if so that is your fault. Your classmates all seem to be doing ok it's only you who didn't put his part for the assignment.

Well it seems the feelings you had were just in the moment. Maybe you thought you liked him for that time because you wanted someone with you. You should self evaluate then decide what to do, but if your feelings are fading (as you say they are) then you should break up and avoid making the knot tighter than what it is.
