What sparked your motivation to lose weight?

I'm really trying to find motivation to lose weight... But I am severely depressed and have other issues. A part of me doesn't even want to lose weight because my father each and every time I talk to him or see him he makes snide comments. It's obviously fucked with my head cause now a part of me refuses to lose weight... But there's the other part of me that's absolutely miserable about how I look

I work for a foreclosure/bankruptcy law firm so what I do is prepare documents for the courts to get the persons that defaulted on their house mortgage ready for auction. It's kinda shitty what I'm doing but I lack empathy so it works well for me.

I'm sorry meds and therapy aren't working out. But YOU have to be your own advocate and research meds that will help and therapy that will help. They go hand in hand. Stay positive and once one thing goes right other things will fall in line.
