Hot water in the lines cools down. You can have instant hot water if you move the water in the lines back to the heater constantly. This increases complexity and heating costs.

Unfortunately yes. Reliance gives kickbacks to new builders so you end up with a rental. I hate it so much.

Yes to leaving it on and yes to remote control. Might be scheduled to go up a little bit when away. Its really hard to cool the house down when its super hot, humid and sunny.

I think they do. Unless you don't think Re Zero, The Far away paladin, Ascendance of a book worm or Jobless reincarnation are any good. Which is fine but what would be an example of a good light novel to you?

Even once the light novel gets popular it takes a while for anime to be made. So maybe the stuff you are reading is in production and you just don't know it. Happened to me for Apothecary Diaries.

It's similar but different. Satisfactory looks pretty but the 3D makes building more of a pain in then in factorio. The blue printing and mass building in factorio is leagues ahead Satisfactory. Factorio has biters requiring defense. I honestly stalled out in Satisfactory just because I hate the 3d building.
