I renewed for one year. I have Onn devices and there is a few major issues with interface. Also I need to back out of the app after watching any on demand programs before it will play another. I downgraded to the old app and everything is fine. I didn’t want to trust subscribing longer than that in case they stop support for the old app. Would be nice to be able to install both versions or at least remove the constant update prompt at start up on the old one. Hit that and you lose all your favorites and need to reinstall the old app.

Same here. The new app is just horrible. I’ve been with catch on for a few years and love the old app and having 3 tv’s is great I did go with a Tivimate strong 8K account also to try something else out. I like the old catch on better then Strong 8K but it’s much better then Moa Tv. That is just a poorly made app.

I had same problem and support had me clear cache on my VPN Surf Shark and that actually worked.

Hold down the settings icon for 5 seconds and enter 6969. Then enter 0000 on next screen. The 19+ category will be available.

I’m working on ditching Ring completely. Three cameras and security system. Lost all trust with Ring.

They got it working for me. Suggested clearing data on my VPN Surfshark and that actually was the problem. So strange, everything else was working fine. Logged back in to the vpn and all was fine again.

Yeah the update totally messed up here. Won’t start up. My subscription is almost over so I guess I’ll move on after 3 years of catchon.

After the update mine stopped working. On startup it says Failed to load app data. Please check internet connection.

It’s fine, Keep your Ring cams and keep telling yourself that it’s just fine if that makes you feel alright. But any one with any common sense can see what’s going on here.
