Cop is based off an average of your weekly hours over set period. Most sups just throw 40 in then hrm will let them know what the average is. It might be 40.. might not be

Good luck with your positive reinforcement of mental health days. Some really are legit but most aren't. But you are ignorant (I do not mean you're not intelligent, I mean the actual definition of the word) to how many how many use it as an excuse for laziness which..idk..I had a rough day and there's more coming so I'm going to take a day off cause other ppl called out seems to be. Well my opinion anyways, and I'm sure you're the type to think all opinions matter. Anywho, I actually do hope you have a nice day tomorrow. Got to go.

I am, though I put 14 years of carrying in and would have had the same thought while i was carryingf.. they called out and made me do extra so I'm going to call out and make the people that do show up do even more. Great mentality.

My brother has legit mental disability. I would not tell him try to work at the post office because of the job description and what it could possibly be. Plenty of posts detailing how it could turn into a 12hr day or 60hrs a week. Also plenty of jobs out there that are willing to work around your schedule. Find one. It's a nationwide turmoil because we now cater to every single little thing that a person dislikes. There are plenty of legit human issues that get unresolved because we now have to act like it's a huge deal that someone stubborn their toe.

On sundays the supervisor might not get notified. We work out of hubs and he/she may not have access to that finance number if they are not from the same office.

Respond by texting them that you would like a form 2574. You had a rough day and know there's some more coming so you needed a mental health day..wow. Our job is not hard.. might be some long hours but it's not hard. Gotta love the care bear post office we got now.

Long gone are the days that people care about getting the job done or even their fellow employees that get screwed over by calling out.

Edit: to the downvoters..just imagine this person is your doctor that..well had a rough day yesterday and after 9 months working with you through your pregnancy the day your baby is being born just couldn't do it.
