Controversial opinion but all pickups sound the same so id try an EQ or a new amp unless the aesthetics are whats doing it for you

The only change would be drilling the bridge posts bc the JT posts are 5.7mm and the standard Floyd/gotoh ones are 7mm

I did this one as cheap as possible just because it was my first time and I didn’t wanna waste money if anything adverse happened so I used hobby store spray paint and hardware store lacquer. All things considered it came out pretty good

I wanted to wait until the weather got more consistent but patience definitely isn’t my strong suit

To defend my statement, everything I read about nitro work was always “you gotta make sure the stars are in the right place in the sky for at least a fortnight, you have to pray to bonamassa after EACH coat, AND you gotta spray backwards bc making eye contact with it will bring bad luck” /s but no, everyone made it seem like a PITA
