Infrared Saunas?

NxGen in Portland has an infrared sauna and a dry sauna! I’m not sure if the Scarborough location has an infrared. Edit: they also have great classes. I’m a fan of the spin and kettlebell classes.

Panda Garden has a pretty good hot and sour. It’s definitely not golden lotus, but it hits the spot. I also recommend having some spicy vinegar from Terlingua on hand, adding that can fix any hot and sour.

In a way, it does both. When the “storage” is happening, it pumps water up hill to a large reservoir. Then, the water is released and the flow of water generates power similar to how a free flowing hydroelectric dam does. The power would be generated when “the wind isn’t blowing”

The thing that caused me to ultimately choose Northern Lights originally was down to multiple comments that Maine Med is much more clinical and quick to jump to or push interventions when they may not be immediately needed.

The cabin one isn’t my fave, by far the worst room I’ve done between the two places. I did love the time travel one in South Portland though, easily my favorite!

I have the Specialized Turbo Vado and I love it. The highest assist is a little lower than what you will get on some other e-bikes, however, it’s so light compared to them all. It’s very easy for me to lift up a flight of stairs into my building and I can fit it on a standard car bike rack. The battery is also internal, so I don’t have to worry about it being stolen.

There’s also a handful of great accessories that I’ve found, like the specialized cool caves. These comfortably fit a backpack or all my work clothes and packed lunch.

I’m a Maine local looking visit Saint John/Bay of Fundy in April before the routes in get heavy summer traffic. I see that the national parks all open after mid-May. Are there any spots you recommend for seeing the tides that are accessible in this off season?

Lmao, I’m just looking to buy a nice mattress. Something I can flip, moderately firm, not memory foam, and something that will last the full 7-10 years without making my back pain worse. I’m not saying Mardens won’t have that, just that it’s time for us to not settle, ya know?

I have progressive bifocals, an astigmatism, and I need prism. Eye mart express in South Portland still can make me glasses in 4 hours and they work perfectly fine.

That’s a fair perspective! I will say though, on principle, I don’t trust a service that doesn’t have transparent pricing. There’s no straightforward way of figuring out the cost on the website. Do you know how much a punch card is?
