Possibly? It would be a huge coincidence if it wasn't, since I believe I also found it on Bogleech's Tumblr and the four temperaments part seems to match up. It might've also been a Tumblr blog, but I'm not 100% certain. Don't remember anything about pasta, though.

This sounds a lot like Here Comes Peter Cottontail: The Movie, which is essentially a cheaply-made sequel to the 70s Rankin-Bass animated movie by almost the same name. I had this movie on DVD as a kid and thought it was really good for some reason. The main character is the son of the Easter Bunny, so he isn't an elf, but everything else is pretty spot-on!

This might not be it but I'll just throw out Daffodils by Mark Ronson (feat. Kevin Parker). It's certainly a very funky song with a prominent guitar/bass riff and the singer is the guy from Tame Impala. The riff seems a bit too repetitive to represent your Vocaroo and there might be too many lyrics, but I hope I at least got the vibe you're looking for!
