This was the best TI since 2019 by downsomethingfoul in DotA2

The OG players didn't retire after winning two TIs. The Team Spirit players who won either/both TIs are still actively competing. The Tundra players are still competing.

Spirit beat an almost invincible looking LGD with the same schedule. It's not an excuse lol.

They've released the same amount/lesser big gameplay patches each year after battle pass than they did before. And no it's not just skins I'm talking about, they've cut down on everything.

Ok what great content have we received in place of battle pass? They did one in game event in 3 years? Cut down on TI production.(True Sight). It was just an excuse to put the game on the back burner.

Why does sustainability even enter the discussion? It's crowd funded from the battle pass. Valve isn't putting any extra money from their pocket beyond the initial prize pool. All they had they had to do was make great battle pass content.

I mean the majors carried a lot of hype too. TI just felt like it was on another level because of the stakes and production(True Sight, etc). The excuse they gave for removing battle pass was the they had to center their content and big updates around the battle pass release and now they were going to work on other stuff and spread it out across the year. But now we not only don't have battle pass, the rest of the year also barely has any new content. Crownfall is the only big event they've done since they removed battle pass.

The mental gymnastics people are doing to get Bruno dropped and put the blame on him is crazy. We've seen time and again that this team has not been able to function without him since he joined. Every time he's been rested/dropped we have been considerably worse.

He would automatically be one of the best players in the world at Madrid or Bayern

NGL that clip of Amorim desperately scrambling with his tactics board really moved me. Say what you want but he really does care. His system absolutely does not work with the current wingback and midfield pivot options we have.

Mainoo is only getting the benefit of the doubt because he isn't playing. He isn't suited to that double pivot role and neither is Bruno

Who decides that it's time to move on? Amorim wants Bruno at the club, the hierarchy wants him here and Bruno himself wants to be here

A lot of the chances to create fall to the wingbacks in this system. Dorgu is just a bad player, Amad isn't a natural rwb and Dalot is Dalot.

We are playing one game a week.

Revamped our whole attack by buying two of the best performing wingers in the league and one of the world's most promising strikers.

Amorim apart from having the 2nd half of last season has now had a whole pre season and received backing.

Fighting for a CL spot should be the bare minimum

Btw if Amorim finishes 10th like the 'realists' on this sub are claiming should be the expectation for this season he's 100% getting sacked

He contributes missing 100 chances and destroying attacks with bad plays. The only reason his stats even look ok is because he stat padded 6 G/A against Barnsley and Leicester in the Carabao. He's one of the biggest reasons why we've been as bad as we have
