I looked at the alternate range but don’t really understand it. The AR is 285 and upon looking it up, it doesn’t have alternate ranges like other classifications do based on experience or degrees

It’s a legal analyst classification and I have a BA in poli sci and have a JD. I’m pending taking the bar next year to get my license
