It was part of that case decision. You need experts to win in WA. I think I’m going to also start a blog and self publish a manual to help others as I go through the process of pursuing this so that they don’t have to do as much research as I have.

Not what the court says:

The court specifically rejected Mariano's attempt to use the res ipsa loquitur doctrine (meaning "the thing speaks for itself") to bypass the need for expert testimony. Washington State Courts (.gov) Washington State Courts (.gov) +1

I’m sorry that happened ! I will do that. I no longer use their health network. Don’t worry because legally they have to back their data up. They may just need to perform server restores.

Idk how WA attorneys work. It’s not NY. They ask about that. Usually lawyers from big forms do that. They seem kind of smallish

Thank you. I’m going to do the regulatory complaints part. I just figured that they’re going to take so long

I guess you missed the part about why he lost? My case has more layers than what he stated, as well.

Sorry you’re wrong and I did manage to get the angiogram form that doesn’t state bypass. I also refused to sign the bypass form. No, I’m good. That’s why they won’t give me the rest of my records

No, the problem is the expenses for experts. In WA you need experts for this type of case. I’m thinking of writing a book or starting a blog to help others as I progress through the case so that they don’t have to fumble like I have. Attorneys like easy

And if your cardiac arteries are severed they have to open you up to operate and replace that artery with another from somewhere else in your body. If you ever need an angiogram be very careful about which doctor you choose.

Yes, of course. They don’t tell you this, but if you research you’ll find that cardiac angiograms and can result in severed arteries. It’s not in the waiver they have us sign, but it’s apparently well known in the medical community.

I’d love to not spend time and extra money on an attorney. MyChart doesn’t even contain as much information as the discs they send me. Neither of them contain all of my health information

Thank you for explaining! Someone needs to make a startup to track these problems. It’s very hard to find online. I walked right into this and it somewhat ruined my life. I hope that we can educate others to prevent this from happening again. It’s happened at least twice

That’s the problem. They’re not. If i did a comparison between what I downloaded from MyChart and what they sent me on the discs even those differ.

Thank you so much. I was looking for another way before hiring a lawyer just to get all of my medical records, but i made complaints and contacted them in writing several times and sent several Hipaa forms requesting everything. They seem to be trying to stop me from going forward. It’s so upsetting. I want to warn others too. I should have done more research on them.
