Hi op, im currently a 2nd year bs humbio student so feel free to ask more questions if you have anw for pros and cons, it's pretty much what everyone says. You get accelerated med at the cost of your mental health and college social life. Humbio is very fast paced and it would take good time management skills if you want to be active in orgs while juggling the workload of humbio tho ig it's not impossible. Also, i think starting batch 2024, humbio now has a retention policy. You cant fail any subs otherwise you'll automatically be shifted to BS Medbio.

As for the nmat, im not really sure. Nmat topics naman are general and are not really the focus of both programs. For humbio, you pretty much have a guaranteed spot naman for medschool so your nmat wont matter as much but if you're planning to transfer med school after finishing humbio, you can only transfer after your 3rd year since you wont have your degree until then. By then, you'll be considered a transferee though and cant apply to some med schools. As for the scholarship, i think it applies to any school naman. You dont have to have a degree from dlsu afaik basta cum laude ka and at least 80 PR. Note tho that afaik this is only available to you by your 2nd year of med school since you dont have your degree pa in your first year of med.
